This is a nice board. It is a fairly straight-forward design but the different woods give it a lot of visual interest. What woods did you put in it?

I like the color combination. What woods did you use and what finish. I’m sure your cousin will like it. Hopefully, will use it – some won’t because they are so pretty.

thankyou for the nice cooments folks, the board was made with walnut , white oak, spalted oak and the red is red cedar..which normaly isnt a cutting board wood, but i wanted some red color in there and used what i had, but just a few pieces…and then just used minreal oil to finish it….all of the wood came from my small little town…thanks for the nice welcome to the LJ…..its a nice fit…grizzman

It looks too nice to be a cutting board, but hey, go big!
