That really caught my eye. Very nice. I too would be interested in more details on the finish.

Wow! What a piece. A fantastic design I haven’t seen before and a perfect execution. I like the color too. It caught my wifes eye when she walked past and she fell in love with it. Very very well done. You can be proud!

Thanks for the comments. The finish is just 2 coats of shellac to seal the wood and then 3 thin coats of oil based paint!

WOW ! This is really a great design and the color brings it to life : ) Very stylish and great Craftsmanship on your part . Is it an original , or did you have plans from somewhere ?

I dont have any plans, it is an original. I drew it first on Google Sketchup.
