This is the 7th bedroom set I have made this year. King size bed with 2 night stands. Headboard is 5’ tall and the footboard is 3’ tall. The 4 storage drawers are 22” deep, 24” wide and 10” tall. Storage down the center of the bed. Hatch is held closed with rare earth magnets.

The night stands are 22” wide, 28” tall and 19” deep. All Beetle Kill Pine except the top drawers in night stands are red cedar.

Thanks for reading and all comments and suggestions are welcome.

Looks great, Monte.

Way more bed than I would ever need….
Way more bed than I have room to build….
Way more bed than I’d like to move!!! ;^)

Keep ‘em coming, Monte!!!

7” Outstanding! Are the bedposts solid or hollow? Hare you using hardwood for drawer slides?

Monte, I’ve seen corner posts in bull pens smaller than those! ANOTHER great looking bedroom from Monte.

Very nice Monte. I’m getting ready to build one for my daughter. She really likes the live edge look. I think she’ll like your design.

That headboard (and everything else) is beautiful, Monte! The BKP is really on display. OK I’ll ask…why is the top drawer on the nightstands red cedar?
Thanks for sharing.
