Not made for being walked on but tihs was another use for the oak flooring that I used in the Kitchen TV spacesaver. I crafted them and my wife Margie (a good signmaker whom I’ve got to get registered on the LJ site) pickled them and hung them….
The dado on these were also cut using the tablesaw, same as the aforementioned spacesaver.

It’s in a 1/2 bath. and it has a pedastal sink so there is no counter space to speak of… so one shelf is to keep a square tissue box and the other shelf is kept empty for placing eyeglasses so one may wash their face and not splash water on the lenses. A pump of liquid soap sits on the pedastal sink. It was only once I started wearing eyeglasses that I realized the problem of how to wash one’s face in THAT room… a simple and unintrusive solution.
