When round three of the pen trade box stopped at my place I traded for a piece of antler and a piece of wenge from the box. I turned a simple Slimline pen using the antler for the pen top and the wenge for the pen bottom. This is finished with four coats of thin CA glue, sanding between coats to 1200 grit and then buffing on the Beall wheel. Antler turns well but has a horrible smell! Comments and critiques are always welcome.
