This Hostess Station is made out maple. behind the copper is 2 layers of bender board. For the 1/4 maple Radius on the bottom of cabinet, I made a bending jig. It is a dry bend. I stack 1/32 pieces of wood together to make the bend.

Wow that is a very interesting project. The color of the photo does not show the beauty of the copper. Was it getting a counter top of some kind? Nice job!
