My wife needed a new workspace. As an illustrator she needed a proper setup. We dont have the space for a dedicated table So I modified some plans for a folding work bench i found online.

The legs fold in flat and the table top flips back around flat. I finished the table with some weathered grey stain.

I made the table to have a 15 degree angle, and folding legs. Its light, fold easily, quick to setup, and it stores in the hall closet.

Nice job. Some years ago I used this method for a model train hobbyist’s table I made for him. Though it was meant to be taken down and transported, it hasn’t left the spot in front of his couch in 6 years, which means it has become more than a work table. At least with the slanted top, there is less chance of becoming a catch all.
