This is some of the many laser engraved signs that I am now making. The artwork is original and is created by me. I’m not going to do all of my artwork for my signs but I will try to do the majority of it. There are two styles of signs shown in the pictures. The one in the first picture is solid maple. They are 3/4 in x 7-3/4 in x 15-5/8 in. I put a 45 degree chamfered corner on the edges of these. The other style you can see in the foreground of picture 4. I will try to add a close up picture of this style. These are 1/2 in x 8-3/8 in x 16-1/8 in. These have a 1/2 in x 3/8 in solid maple edge banding laminated to the edge of the plywood. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back of every sign and plaque and they are finished with two coats of satin clear polyurethane.

These signs are copyrighted and I reserve all rights.

Thanks for looking.

Lew, I bought an Epilog Helix with 50W and an engraving area of 18 in x 24 in. Thanks for the nice comment.

Those look really nice. I hadn’t thought of doing that on a laser. Neat.

Looks great! An Epilog is on my short list of things I want (not need, want—)!

About how long does it take you to run each sign?

These are beautiful Charles. Will you be doing award and memorial plaques too? It looks like you are well on your way with your new business and I wish you a lot of success.
