Two sofa tables inspired by / copied from George Nakashima. I kept close to the natural edge on one side so that they flared towards the front end where you would rest your drink sitting on the sofa – and sized them to the sofa. They are made from some local air-dried Cherry that I got last winter and are finished with Waterlox and Tun Oil. They will darken to a deeper red over time, but right now have a pinkish look to them.

Very well done. Nice simple form factor with a natural element, plus the dog compliments.

Well done.
