I made this pair of picture frames for a family friend who took up watercolor painting after retirement, hopefully they can showcase her work well. Canarywood with maple inlays/splines. I cut the recesses for the inlays entirely with hand tools for the first time. The vine inlays sort of disguise two length-extending drawbored lap joints that fix a dumb mistake I made while cutting. Finished with amber shellac, waterlox original, and renaissance wax.

Allen, you did a fine job on these frames.
