Larry, this is another nice design. Nice contrast to the woods as well.

I really like the originality of the design, in fact, am curious how you did it!

Wow !!!! That is a great design pattern, and the choice of woods make it look like a piece of art rather that a cutting board. Fabulous work.

I absolutely love your designs, but they give me a headache thinking of the work that goes into them. LOL

No Len. I had help from the ‘ideas fairy’ that lives at the bottom of the garden.

Actually the inspiration came from a car show on TV where they reupholstered the bucket seats in the design of a basket ball and I just took it one step further.. also a step side ways from ‘why do I’ drunken chess board.

I keep trying to come up with new things to impress you? How am I doing so far?

This is another great board Larry, you just keep ‘em coming. I’m really impressed by your lack of repetition in these – each one is different and really, really, nice. I see you posted a ‘how to’ on it – I’m headed there next. Thanks a bunch!

My pleasure Chris. I have been getting a lot of flak from friends at work about giving away secrets on how I do things but iF no-one shares no-one learns. I have learned a lot from reading about how others do things.. sometimes I have bought the book or video and sometimes its for free. i am just giving back to the community.

I really like the curved lipping. How do you make such thin cuts? Did you have to get the strips wet to set them in the curves so they wouldn’t snap?
