This is my high school shop project in Sr year which make this about 32 years old. Made with pine. Stained with Minwax, darkwalnut and 2 coats of spray laquer.
This is solid wood construction with the exception of 1/4 luane plywood on the drawer bottoms. The back is tougue and grooved.
The panels on the doors were made with a table saw using a 10 degree angle to make the raised panel.

Nice looking hutch Bob. The only thing that I got to make in high school was a skateboard top made out of walnut.

Nice looking Hutch Bob. All I got to make in high school was a mallet. Then we had a semester of Home .Econ. and I baked a cake. I did’nt save that either. jockmike

1) quite the project for high school .. and 2) and look at how beautiful it is today. Definitely a treasure for generations to come.
