I have a buddy with a knife collection for which I designed a display box. If he liked the box, I could only believe that he would like a knife to add to it. So, luckily he has a birthday every year and this cumaru handled baby was under his cake. It could have been used to slice that cake as well. lol. It has a half shaft tang so the wood was hollowed out to fit and the wood surrounds it totally. The second knife I made for ME, and why not, I deserve nice things. It is a full tang skinner with a Gaboon ebony handle with brass rivets. Both knives feel different in the hand but each is comfortable.

Nice looking blades looks like they would dp the job of guttiing a deer and cooking it over a fire and any other job you had in mind for it. jockmike

my uncle was a hunter and we bought him knives A LOT for presents. I wish I could have made him one, such as this… that would have been so special.
