5’ makes a great measuring tape!!
We were moving desks at the office once and there was a space that we hoped a 5’ desk would fit .. I just laid down and voila—perfect fit and we didn’t even have to lug the desk around to try it :)

great idea…we are all short in my house…although my stepson is about to pass me (he is 14 and growing by the minute)...one thing I noticed—-that fabric is giving me flashbacks of a couch we had in the 70’s…

Nice and functional! Not overkill. I’m still learning how to make practical things that don’t weigh in the double digits….in kilograms. Nice job.
