I wanted to give my Brother something, but didnt know if this would be appropiate. I dodnt see the resemblence, but alot of people do. I hope its a good enough likeness that he will enjoy it. tell me what you think. I have another one ready to do if it’s not right. your LJ friend Jim

I’m glad you included the portrait. The likeness is actually there. No comment on your skill, just that portraits would have to be the toughest. You did a nice job on the John Wayne portrait, so you’re getting pretty good at getting the likeness down.

I bet he likes it. Most of it would be “the thought that counts” thing. But your work here is very good Earl. Looks true to the pic you show.

will he like it.. hmmm let’s see. It’s a picture of him and his wife…. a captured memory forever…. it was made by his brother AND it looks wonderful!!
Yes, I’m sure he’ll LOVE it.

I tried doing one of my grand-daughter once.. It’s hard to do portraits!!
