My daughter was playing with some plastic Easter eggs. I took one and spun it on the narrow end, this made me think of a top.
Well, the green cherry wood I scrounged from the neighbour tempted me so I took it and created a couple of tops. The pointed one is my first try and the rounded one is the second.
The rounded one I tried with a chuck and it worked great.
A fun experiment.
