This was a very simple project. It was constructed of 3/4” pre-finished maple ply. The drawers were made from 1/2” pre-finished maple ply with a pre-finished 3/4” thick bottom. The drawer slide capacity is 300 pounds. Basically you can stand up in one of these drawers. The cabinet is 94” tall x 48” wide and 24” (bottom)/18” (top) deep. I edge banded all edges with pre-finished self adhesive edge band and applied a simple maple solid stock to cover the transition between the bottom and top cabinet. Only took 7 hours to complete and never had to turn on the air compressor to spray a finish. Oh, there is no back on the cabinet because the wall its getting installed to is bead board (floor to ceiling) and the top gets crown molding which will tie into the existing crown when I install it.
