This was my first attempt at building cabinets. My wife wanted some for above the washer and dryer that had a door in the middle and was open on either side. I made three boxes from MDF, then made one face frame from pine. The stiles and rails on the door are also pine, with a piece of plywood inset in a groove. I used the Kreg pocket hole jig to join the face frame, and stub tenons on the door. It was an excellent weekend project, giving me the opportunity to practice multiple techniques.

Thanks for looking!

Nothing better than practicing joinery, building stuff, making the wife happy, and improving your home all in the same weekend.
