My son and daughter-in-law recently remodeled their bathroom and asked me to build them a vanity. They bought large oak tent pegs to use for the legs and gave me a rough design of what they wanted. The top is walnut with the sinks inset. The legs are oak and the skirt and shelf are pine. My daughter-in-law painted the bottom part with several different colors and then painted over with white chalk paint which she then sanded to let the colors come through on the edges. A coat of wax over the paint and done. I used several coats of Waterlox on the walnut. Thanks for looking
