I know there are lots of these projects floating around, but figured I’d add mine to the mix. My wife wanted a rustic looking wine rack for the kitchen wall. I happened to have some weathered pallets out back, so I whipped one together one morning!

The results speak for themselves, I love how it came out. The wall color is about to change, which should help it stand out a bit more.

Love the looks of this one, as well as most of this type, however there is a flaw in their design…......

Wine bottle aren’t supposed to be stored upright.

It DOES look very cool – rustic with a purpose!

Great build.

Thanks! Agree on your comment about the storage.. This rack is reserved for either screw-top / synthetic cork bottles – or we rotate from the horizontal rack.

Looks good. Just as an experiment, remove the upper front board, to make the bottles and labels more visible. If you don’t like put it back.
