I designed this piece (in conjunction with my client, as is my practice) to go in a dining room. It was a great exercise in bent laminating and veneering, plus a chance to show some great bookmatched quilted bigleaf maple planks. I designed this on DesignCAD, which helped me visualize the actual piece with all the curves. Here’s a playlist of videos showing how the piece was built. The cover photo on the first video shows the rendering from DesignCAD that I was able to show my client before I started building: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqdY8AvFNy3vxSHpTTwsKUExxjihXfeeo

Andy, very nice. I like the way you used the nature figured woods to embellish the cabinet.
