Hi there.
Showing here a small cabinet ( 27’’ x 17’’ x 7 ’’ ) that is a first for me

for the design ( first time my own )
for the inlay in the door ( hanging on soft close hinges )
for the cabriole legs

It’s all made from black walnut and cherry wood both kept hidden from a previous project for a special purpose, that came to life recently, I gave it to my wife , but that is not a first.

It’s all finish with Tung’n Teak oil 3 coats applied with a steel wool 000000 grit and bee wax at the end,,( that’s maybe why the pictures seem so glossy sorry.

Feel free to comment I’m still learning.

Nice looking cabinet. I love the wood grain!

Great job. I really like the door with the inlay in it.

It’s very nice and has a lot of character in it. Congratulations.
