This is just a (very) little something that I whipped up yesterday due to being frustrated for the umpteenth time while cleaning the bathroom.
1. Why don’t they build medicine cabinets that have shelves that hold tall bathroom containers?
2. Why can’t people put tall containers back under the sink when they are done with them?
3. Why, oh why…
I learned a long time ago “not to fight it” but to find a solution that works “with” it. And so yesterday, I grabbed a piece of cedar that was lying around, cut a couple legs off the end, used the new DowelMax to pop in some dowels, wiped a layer of wax across the wood, and VOILA: a mini shelf that fits behind the sink, organizing the containers so that they look somewhat “neat”. and now I’m smiling :D
Oh, and in honour of The International Day of the LumberJock I’ve donned my LumberJock apparel for the pix.

My Motto is:
“Making the most of our Natural Resources”
I think this kind of applies?
“Functional WoodArt”
Solutions start with Problems…
Nice job

Good one, Debbie! It looks like your bathroom is pretty cold. The heat index hit 110 F here yesterday, so I can’t even think about being bundled up.

I didn’t keep the hat/coat on for very long, let me tell you..
but now that Dick has mentioned that helps me resist Spidos.. maybe I’d better try enduring the heat…
It’s supposedly about 85 F here, right now. I’ll definitely be hitting the pool later on this afternoon.
Hey what am I waiting for??? I can go NOW !!! :D

You right click the photo you want to embed and select properties. Then you copy the URL from the properties. Select insert image button and paste the URL. Press Enter. Enter some text to describe the photo. Press Enter. Press Enter again and there you go. (at least on a PC)

Brings back memories.
(Yes we have running water up here in the far north) hahaa
I was asked once if we had running water—by a youngun that lives only 1/2 hour from here. They are in the city and I’m i the country. I was also asked how I heat my house (yes, we have furnace)...

Just one hole….but it’s on a new pit!
I once was in outside sales with Sears, selling H.V.A.C. (heating and air conditioning), in southern Indiana. Gas Stations are few and far between in some areas. I know where every out house is on my “old route” that I had.
