I love walnut too. The smell when it’s cut is amazing, and it makes every project look better.

Great job, I hope your sensitivity to the wood does not prevent you from using it in the future. Add me to the list of Walnut lovers (I don’t even mind those twigs that the trees drop every Fall, or the oily stains the nut hulls make when the squirrels leave them in little piles on my concrete patio.) Thanks for posting.
