Hi, I made this small box for the first woodworking meeting we had this last weekend in Madrid, LIGNORUM. I had to give a conference short one) about making drawers, so I used it for that purpose.
It is made of walnut with the small drawer made of apple with maple sides. The front drawer is made of figure oak with maple sides. It has two small ebony beadings and the drawer bottom are made oc red cedar. The knob are made of ebony. It is finished with shellac. I made the two drawer to show the different ways to make drawers depending on the wood garin direction. I hope you like it.
Thanks for watching.

Thanks a lot, I had to make a small box to be able to carry it to Madrid. It is harder but if you are as impatient as me, making it small is faster.

Beautiful little box, did you put in Krenov’s “let go” on the drawers?
