I bought this 6ft tall cardboard knight for the up coming Eastern First Generation Monte Carlo Club Meet. He was made of some pretty thin material so I made a backer board of 1/4” plywood to support him. The ink or whatever he was printed with kept rubbing off so I clear coated him with some rustoleum to hopefully make him last a while. He will ride with me in an old camper trailer that I converted to a Monte Carlo pull behind for car show paraphernalia.

If I were in a Knight’s suit that’s how I’d want to look :)

Side note, Blackie is our family nick name going back generations, it’s derives from my last name which is Blackstock.
