I made a new cross cut sled for my table saw based on other postings I found on lumber jocks. The sled is made out of baltic birch. The runners are cut from hard maple with a straight vertical grain.

Looks good, should serve you well.

What are the dimensions of the sled?

The dimensions are 36W x 30L x 5H. Front and back supports are made up of three layers of 1/2” baltic birch. Kind of big for most applications but it works when I have something wider to cut.
