Well, This will be the last of the larger cabinet type pieces for this lady. or at least out of this pile of lumber. We are out of long lumber. All we have left is shorter cut offs and Knots. I had to scrape through the scraps to get this one. Lots of different grain flows in the doors. All in all I think it turned out just like she wanted it, Simple and beautiful. Its about 45” wide and 92” tall,It has birch ply shelves and back, it has 4 coats of satin lacquer, with a built in shop helper and floor model.

Nice work,
How did you get such clean edges on the raised panels? I’ve had trouble with tearout when working with walnut. I have to admit, it is probably my favorite wood for color and grain.

Loucarb The back panel is just 1/4” birch ply. with a good looking face on it, looks sorta like clouds.
stained with minwax special walnut stain and lacquered.
