Last night I had an opening at a local art gallery. I would like to show a few peices over the next couple days of work that I had at the show. I hope you all don’t mind that the pictures were not back dropped as I had to take them at the gallery. I tried to take several angles hope you like them. This is from a Brisel Cone Pine. You can not cut even the dead logs here in colorado unless they are fallen dead and on private property. I lost count at 400 years in the rings. The wood smells like the sweetest honey when it is sanded. The leg system is all created with one inch dovetails. and the top is catalevered on a one inch dovetail. The finish is laquer.
