can’t even see the joint line in the end grain of that corner! Great job on those dovetails and butterfly. Why are they called dutchman, butterflies and bow ties? The last two are obvious, but dutchman?

Not sure where dutchman came from, but bow ties and butterfly keys are other terms for the same design element.

I have heard the term dutchman used for them more often than butterfly.
