I’m not totaly happy with this one ( small things ) but over all it looks good and works well ,hopefully it will sell. The darker wood is oak , the lighter wood I don’t know what it is. They both came out of someone firewood pile, i think the lighter wood could be a Eucalyptus. It was very brittle and did not take stain very well. I added a little inlay on the lid people seem to like it. Please leave comments if you want.

Love the lid, hing, set up. Good idea. Looks great, nice job.

I get a lot of wood from the fire heap and from mates who want to burn stuff they don’t want [ even a few slabs twice.. Camphor Laurel and Black Wattle]

Would one of the small things been the arc on the ends of the lid ..over all nice job but not really sure of that?
If not tell me to shut the H up OK?
