This project took me about 160 hours to complete. I could only work on it a couple hours at a time. Other than the main sails and base it is constructed of reclaimed wood, the substructure is 1/2 inch plywood, the sails are western red cedar,the 4 sails are 12 by 36 inches, mounted on 8 foot 2 by 2’s. The rest of the exterior is reclaimed wood fencing ripped to 1/8 inch thickness. The top rests and revolves on 1 inch furniture casters. The directional fan on the back is also made of fencing wood. This project stands about 10 feet tall,

Beautiful. I used to make windmills, but nothing that fancy. Great job, and welcome to lumberjocks.
