Twenty Five Feet of a "Kinda" Fence

Project by bobdurnell posted 243 days ago 597 views 2 times favorited 8 comments Add to Favorites Watch

My LJ brother and I were again busy putting together a fence that we thought would be fairly simple. When our old friend began explaining the look of the old fence we then needed a picture. The old fence was removed because of extensive termite damage. After seeing a picture of the old fence we began our work.
It was not an ordinary fence design, but a week later the results were just like the picture we had but a lot stronger.

Good looking fence. Very similar to the 6’ vinyl fence that I have around my property. Good job.

That is a BIG project in my book … and a VERY nice looking fence. Great work!

I dunno, where does the “Kinda” come into play? It looks like an actual fence to me. Probably a lot of hard work too.

Very nice fence, sort of an unusual style, at least to my NorthEast eyes.

I like it very much! Was that 5th photo an “eye level” measurement for the catch?!
This one’s going in the favorites!

Great looking fence. A job well done. WATCH THAT CATCH…............. might just take an eye out. OUCH…...................LOL Did you spray for termites to keep them out of this fence?

To MrMark good observation. My brother in the picture said we should put that part on the gate to prevent eye injuries but the customer wanted it the other way. My eye can’t even reach that high.
