I finally broke down and bought a Forrest Dado King set, dado brake and insert for my Saw Stop. I modified the bottom drawer of my cabinet, that I posted about a month ago, to hold all my blades, inserts, shims and brakes. Everything is easily accessible and organized. Now if I can only get the rest of my shop organized.

Nicely done – was thinking of doing similar soon as well

Very well organized. That’s a great dado set!

This question will highlight the level of expertise I have.

How did you cut the slots for the blades to sit in?
I see that they are separate blocks within the drawer, but . . .

I have an idea, but will wait for your reply. I also like your cart setup as I have a SS also; however, I would have to modify to clear my router in the extension section.

Thank you,
