The three bottom rows are lures that I have turned on my lathe.

Looks awsome! I always wanted to try that. How do they work?

I have never fished with any of them. But I did give one to a friend that catches bass with it all of the time. His is like the one two rows up on the right, it is made from walnut.

Makes me want to go wet a line!

I grew up bass fishing, and the ones on the second row from the bottom remind me of a lure called “devil’s toothpick”. I caught a lot of fish on those when I was a kid.

I have found that it is best to work on several at a time. I can usually turn 10 to 15 an hour, then I put the finish on all of them at one time. Then you just put the hardware on them when you can.

I give up how do you add fishing lures to to tags? I will be glad to help any time. I guess that I need to show how it is done start to finish.

Please blog the process. Looks like lots of fun.
