I built this deck for a friend of mine for his camper. I made one for myself years ago and love it. I put wheels on this one to make it easier to pull around and it also has retractable handles so no one can trip on them. It fits nicely in the back of a pickup truck but is big enough for a couple of chairs. It really helps in keeping the dirt and sand out of the camper!

Great work, You could have spaced out your deck boards to where you had good drainage between your boards and not had that big gap. But nailed them down before you played around with the spacing .

Very cool. This would also be great for one of those tiny houses.

Ya did good on this one oftoolsanddreams … (Boy, say that three times real fast).

I spaced my deck at the lake with a carpenters pencil for the same reason; when our guests and their kids come from the lake covered in sand and mud, there is a space for all that debris to fall to the ground and not in the camper. Great minds think alike.

For folks that weekend with their campers to different spots, your portable deck is a winner for sure.
