We had our master bedroom bath remodeled in the fall of 2007 so I talked the guy doing it into letting me make the cabinet. He was skeptical and said it had to be 1/4” less in width that the two walls that would enclose it. When it fit perfectly he asked if I did work for others! ; o) great compliment. He said why don’t you make the one for the hall bathroom too… By the way, the hinges for the mirror are a european type with the round hole on the door and a right angled scissor type swing action. They can be found on about the last page of european hinges on the Rockler Site! They are not cheap but they do work well.
The cabinet doors, drawer fronts and mirror frames are all solid red oak. The vanity has 4 sides and bottom like a free standing piece of furniture. The top is Silestone. The mirror cabinet has 3/8” tempered glass shelves. That’s me with my phone taking pictures.
