I designed and built this 4 tier Wine Rack for a married couple that were Napa Valley wine afficianados in need of a working wine display for their home. They wanted a unique one of a kind piece that was functional and capable of holding 16-20 bottles. I presented a mock-up photo of the idea showing a chevron face frame on a cabinet carcass with four tipped up shelves capable of holding 16 magnum sized wine bottles, or 20 standard sized bottles. For them it was a no-brainer and asked i proceed with the build. To embellish the rack with a personal look, The top of the rack displays a decoupaged wine label proudly displaying their very own customized “wine label.”

This was a fun build employing a design i wasnt sure i would pull off. The chevron face frame was assembled using pocket holes, glue, and screws.

I would love to hear your opinions, critique, questions, and thoughts. Thanks for viewing!
