Custom design for a going away plaque. I had a little problem with warping after the carve and had to cut relief strips in the rear. I cut seven grooves about 3/8” deep diagonally clamped it flat and glued filler strips to hold it flat, luckily this worked.

If I may ask, what size is that? Looks good.

It was about 10” wide 22” long overall. The void for a name plaque is 2” x 4”
