Great job! I’ve only made three of these, and it takes some tweaking to get those 45 degree angles right. Nice grain match, and execution.
You have a solution to tearout when cutting the slots for the keys?

I place a thin backer board on the kerfing jig and reposition it for each cut. See added picture . It seems to work OK. I did some sample cuts without and the results were not good and that was the only solution i could think of.
