This is my first casting with resin, Alumalite. The vase is cholla cactus with the resin. The pen is a small piece of the branch and is also cholla with the same resin. Might have to buy more of this resin stuff.

I like the design of this one Ron, lovely colours, not too sure about the “bounce” of the reflection possibly detracting form the lovely clean line of the piece? but I guess you were trying to show the richer colour of the underside. The matching pen is a real bonus, Well done mate
cheers
Pete

Very nice Ron, great design and colors, the reflections show what is underneath. Nice pen as an add-on.

Chris this is the trunk of a fruit chain cholla and it had two branches come out of it. It was like the crown of the trunk. It had this circle hollow spot and that is what I tried to put in the widest part of the vase. Almost made it. It was fun and there will be more

The colors in that are amazing, and so is the design. Way cool.
