Well Took me too long but I finally made a sho-nuf bench and love it! Lowers are just old 4×4’s I had around the shop, the top is off the rack birch from from woodcraft. The skirt, jaws and shoulder are out of white oak. I don’t know how I made it so long without one now

Are those woodriver vises? I also bought one of the woodcraft birch tops and plan on building a bench around it. I already have a nice jorgensen front vise and a chinese “pony” front vise available… I might just use the jorgensen and buy a better tail vise of some kind.

Thank you! Good getting better! I’d love to see your benches

Very nice bench. I felt the same way about having waited so long to build one.

This will be one of the most useful tools in your shop. Better than another set of hands.

Once you have one, you’ll never be able to go back! Nice job!
