Floor stands designed to fit Puritan rug hooking frames. I do a lot of work for a rug hooking supply shop and the owner wanted a solid, lower cost stand than the style available from Puritan.

John -

Very interesting project. It would be cool to see one of the rug hooking machines mounted on your stands. Looks like a very stable and adjustable system.

I’ll have to take a picture of the frame on the stand the next time I’m at the shop. My wife hooks but uses a lap stand that I built, instead of a commercial model. The Puritan frame can be seen at http://www.moondancecolor.com/catalog.htm?item=359
