A quick shelf project for the kitchen. Made from Pecan. The drawer front is Walnut and the drawer itself is maple.

Very nice. I really like the contrast of the drawer.

How did you attach your shelf to the wall? I also like the contrast, that walnut drawer front is really adds interest to the piece.

Used a nailing strip to the left of the drawer, and screwed into the back of the shelf hidden behind the drawer. Took a lot of creativity hanging it by myself. Thanks for the comments.

Nice and tidy. Love the contrasting drawer. Kind of a nakashima’sque simplicity to it.

Simple, elegant, and an emphasis on the material. Love it!
