Henry, these are really nice boxes. I especially like the two drawer box. You did such a good job on these that I am curious as to why you aren’t going to do any more?
I have not tried one of these yet but I am working my way up to it (if I can ever get some breathing room from the other projects that my wife feels she has to “assign” to my to-do list).

I am very happy with them and my girls like them. Each got one for christmas.
They just seemed like a lot of work for a small reward. Maybe is was just the demands of Christmas along with trying to get them done on a deadline.
Also I like big projects that’s once built I have to figure out how to get them out of my basement shop!

Very nice, Henry.
I’m a boxmaker who yearns for bigger projects. But the advantages of the small stuff are low material cost and no problem with where to put it when you’re done. Also, if you hone your skills working on a snall scale, I find the bigger projects become much easier.

Your first bandsawn boxes are well done, congratulations.
Given the quality and craftsmanship there is every reason why you should reconsider your decision, making bandsawn boxes are fun as there are few constraints on their size and shape and there are rewards for your creativity, design and craftsmanship.

To each his own but I agree with all that these are nice and that bandsawn boxes in general are great projects.
Go look at TonyWard’s projects if you want to see some of the absolutely most creative bandsaw boxes. They will either inspire you or defeat you.
Choose inspire.
