I built the saw bench from “Billy’s little bench” blog and You Tube videos and love it! I decided to go a bit different for my second one. Les petite Roubo I guess you would say. All made from left over construction material, it is all put together with my first hand made mortice and tenons. I have ordered a couple of Gramercy hold fasts to use with it and that should overcome part of the problem with my not being able to put my knee up on the work. It is the same height as the first one and there was very little measuring done. It was mostly relative dimensioning. They will both come in handy next month when I start doing the joinery on the 6×6’s that the new shop will sit on.

That new one is a beast! Give us another look when you get the holdfasts and drill it!

I added a couple of holes to the top so I can use my new Gramercy hold fasts and built a small fence for it too.

Nice! I also made one like your first, intending to build another as a companion.
