More South American Walnut, by L J Cabinet This is my moderately forced interpretation of a Chippendale Block Front Secretary build custom for a client. The preferred proportions were deviated from to get the thing into the 8’ room ceiling height. I also had to widen it up a bit in scale to squeeze a medium sized TV, stereo & other components into it’s casement.

Very beautiful piece of fine craftsmanship. Great job
I like the curve & round-over treatment to the drawers.

Beautiful, that wood is sensational. Can’t even relate to the great craftsmanship. Way beyond me. Thanks for the show.

Looks great! I’ve been thinking about building a Secretary for a while now, something i could put my computer in and then close up. How did you partition the insides, any more pictures?
