Thank You, You can cover up a lot of mistakes with caulk and paint, this one was fun because it was all about the finish, Faux finishes is not my thing however, I guess I just hate to see the wood covered up, however there are those people who do really wonderful things with paint. I see your new shop is coming along, I know you are excited about getting to work.
