Secret Barnboard Cabinet

This was a fun build, and I do enjoy working with barnboard as it is already looking like an antique before I begin.

The fun detail with this cabinet is that there is no knob to grab on to in order to open the door.. Once you turn the door closer/lock how does one open the door?

On the back side of the cabinet you will find a special “push button” that will push the door out enough to release the door catch.

All in all a great fun project!

WHAT? That’s it? Flip open the latch and reach around the back to push a button???

Oh, Come on now. Even I could do that! :-)

A very nice looking cabinet. I have never worked with barn wood yet.
