I recently had a tenant ask me to build them a 48” x 48” conference table for their office out of some reclaimed lumber. Their space is in a building originally built in 1880 so it was fitting to use some old lumber for this piece. The base is made from oak barn siding and the top is some old growth pine floor joists. They also wanted some power and connectivity in the top, so I installed a power/data port that flips up when in use. Finish for the top is shellac, GF java, and wax. No finish on the bottom.
Thanks for looking
